I have not cooked it yet and thought it might be fun to slice in potato chips. My friend Neil Moore called the Love Tater, and my daughter called Spud Love. Hope you all enjoy your Thanksgiving and holidays! Tater Love to you! Mary

A Curious History of Food & Fame
I had a great interview with these two North Little Rock guys who wrote a book on, you guessed it, what the great ate. This book is a great read in small bites, pun intended. You will hear them for three weeks and you won’t be disappointed.
